Refund Policy

All sessions with Apex Academics are non-refundable once booked and payment is received. By completing a transaction, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

We understand that unexpected situations arise, and we are happy to offer rescheduling with at least 24 hours’ notice. Requests for rescheduling made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be accommodated and could result in forfeiture of the session.
 

While refunds are not guaranteed, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances. To inquire, please contact us directly at apexinacademics@gmail.com.
