Collegiate Package

In our first meeting we will discuss everything that makes you, you! Your likes, dislikes, strengths (in school and out!), interests, extra curriculars and what your hopes/expectations are from college. This will help me get a sense of what schools might be the right fit for you.

Before our next meeting, I will send you a (long!) list of possible schools for you to look into. Your homework for this meeting is to narrow down that list to a first draft of schools. This way, our next meeting will be as productive as possible!

Our second meeting will cover two important aspects: narrowing down your list and building your portfolio. Our first half hour will be dedicated to your list, going over schools, learning how to research opportunities, and finding a list of schools that can help you achieve your goals! Our second hour will be devoted to resume building and finding ways to write your personal essay.

Our next two meetings will be a balance of building and shaping. As we narrow down your list even further, we will work together to set up interviews with admissions counselors, work on interview skills, build a quality resume, and work through strategy sessions! Throughout this process we will plan and edit a unique essay for each school you choose to apply to.

Our final two meetings will be a process of editing and polishing. We will work together to craft a personal essay that showcases who you are and what you bring to your dream school. We will finalize your application materials and bring you to a point of feeling confident in finishing and submitting your applications.
