By engaging with Apex Academics' services—whether through our website, email, or in tutoring and advising sessions—you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services

Apex Academics provides personalized academic tutoring, writing support, and college advising. All services are educational in nature and do not guarantee admission to any academic institution or specific grade outcomes.

2. Scheduling and Cancellations

Sessions must be scheduled in advance. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Payments

Payment is due according to the rates and terms agreed upon at the time of booking. We reserve the right to pause or discontinue services for nonpayment.

4. Student Conduct and Academic Integrity

We expect students to engage honestly and respectfully in all sessions. We do not complete assignments, write essays, or engage in any activity that would violate academic integrity policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All original materials provided by Apex Academics are for the student’s personal, non-commercial use. Materials may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality guidance, Apex Academics is not liable for academic decisions, admissions outcomes, or any results arising from the use of our services.

7. Changes to These Terms

Apex Academics reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
